Jason Froggett - CEO
Jason is a list obsessive – from the best John Hughes movies of all time (Weird Science) to the best French cheeses (Époisses de Bourgogne) and the best classic films to watch on a rainy day (On the Town); Upmost was an inevitability, such is his obsession.
Jason is a specialist in digital and data transformation, data science, marketing, strategy, new product design & innovation.
He co-founded Enlighten Analytics in 2016 and has led digital & data transformation programmes for Aviva and Canada Life.
In 2012, he founded incentivised video ad platform Nectar Adpoints, and prior to this led CRM for Europe for Dell Computers’.
In 2008, as Marketing Director he was part of a successful PE-backed exit from leading data business DLG. He has also held senior positions at several leading global marketing agencies including Ogilvy and TBWA.
David Caswell - Chair
David is an experienced board director having held various Chair, CEO and non-executive director roles.
David has advised and invested in a number of innovative digital companies including Rated People (home improvement), Mapway (transport information), MyCognition (cognitive assessment & training), Welldoing.org (therapist marketplace), Trainology (online training), and Fat Fish Digital (mobile app engagement).
David has held senior marketing positions in leading brands such as Unilever and Telewest Broadband.
Jon Todd - CDO
Everyone loves a list – especially Jon – whether sharing his favourite Glastonbury headliner of all time (Neil Young, 2014), to discovering incredible beaches to visit in the UK (West Wittering, Sussex), or searching for that latest recommendation must-have from his friends.
Jon is a specialist in digital and data transformation, including machine learning, natural language processing and artificial intelligence.
Jon has built and implemented advanced data science and analytical solutions for many global brands including: Aviva, Diageo, EasyJet, Ford, Microsoft, P&G, Nokia and Shell.
Jon co-founded Enlighten Analytics in 2016 and prior to that, he built and led some of the UK’s leading data science teams, including during his time at Wunderman WPP, one of the world’s largest and most successful marketing communications agencies.
David Lane - CTO
David is an experienced technologist, business leader, and innovator.
He specialises in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence and founded Fat Fish Studios in 2013. The Brighton based development team has built over 100 products across multiple categories in the past 14 years. In mobile, achieved over 30 million downloads for Fat Fish apps (plus millions more for partner products).
He has built digital solutions for 21st Century Fox, O2, Sky, BBC, Science Museum, Premier League, La Liga, Nokia, BT and Waitrose.
